Coston Consulting is proud to announce that Toni Wells, a Partner with the firm, has been recognized as one of the 2024 recipients of the prestigious Black Leadership Award by Profiles in Diversity Journal (PDJ). This award honors Black leaders for their confidence, determination, high performance, and purpose-driven approach that adds value to their coworkers, customers, community, and their organizations.

 

This year, the award was given to only 23 exceptional individuals, recognizing their remarkable contributions across industries such as law, business, technology, and more. In the announcement of this year's award recipients, PDJ noted:

“Toni Wells of Coston Consulting and Bespoke Marketing Partners has 20 years of legal marketing experience. She specializes in coaching Black lawyers to advance their business development and leadership skills. Wells has been instrumental in creating community coaching programs for Black and other affinity groups at prestigious law firms. Additionally, she leads a group of over 60 Black women in legal marketing who meet regularly to share support, best practices, and insights to aid their professional growth and wellness.”
