Angelica Crisi brings 20 years of experience in the legal sector, specializing in helping law firms, attorneys, and legal organizations achieve their business goals through strategic marketing, business development, and workplace inclusion initiatives. She is known for her ability to turn ideas into action, delivering practical solutions and measurable results.

Angelica has extensive experience working with Am Law 100 firms, where she has led marketing and client development efforts for litigation and corporate teams. At the same time, she enjoys partnering with boutique and mid-sized trial firms, where she can help bridge resource gaps and deliver tailored strategies that drive growth. Her versatility allows her to adapt to the unique needs of firms of all sizes, ensuring impactful outcomes across the board.

In her role as Chief Operating Officer at Coston Consulting, Angelica leads the firm’s operations and strategic initiatives, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all projects. She is also the co-creator of The Elevate Curriculum, an award-winning eLearning program designed to help law firm associates and junior partners accelerate their marketing and business development skills. This program reflects her commitment to equipping professionals with the tools they need to succeed in a competitive industry.

Before joining Coston Consulting, Angelica served as Chief Marketing Officer for a plaintiffs’ litigation firm that prosecuted fraud on Wall Street and challenged major offenders of the financial crisis. She also built a reputation for driving growth and operational excellence while leading marketing and client development efforts at three Am Law 100 firms.

Angelica holds a B.A., magna cum laude, from Bucknell University and an M.B.A. from Baruch College. She also earned a certification in fostering inclusion from the Yale School of Management. Her work has been widely recognized: she was named one of GO Magazine’s “Top 100 LGBTQ+ Women Leaders” and Business Equality Pride Magazine’s “Top 40 Under 40 LGBTQ+ Leaders.” Additionally, she received a Platinum Hermes Creative Award in Media Strategy. Angelica is also a member of the National LGBT Bar Association and the Legal Marketing Association.
