Michael Coston will present to the Legal Marketing Association's Northeast Chapter on "The People Drivers that Drive Revenue" on Tuesday, May 21, at 12:30 p.m. - 1:30 p.m. ET. 

​

This program will explore how law firm CMOs can leverage their roles to help influence attorneys to become active business developers and accelerate revenue generation. Topics will include a review of key drivers that impact individual BD performance, talent engagement best practices, and pitfalls to avoid.
