Lawdragon Recognizes Michael Coston and Angelica Crisi Among 100 Leaders in Legal Strategy & Consulting

Coston Consulting CEO Michael Coston and partner Angelica Crisi were recognized among Lawdragon’s “100 Global Leaders in Legal Strategy & Consulting.” These 100 global leaders are considered “the cream of the crop” in marketing, management, diversity and inclusion, crisis communications, and professional recruiting. The Coston team was named for their expertise in both marketing and diversity and inclusion consulting.
A veteran of Lawdragon’s top 100 list, Michael advises companies, boards of directors, and executives on strategy, business development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) matters. He also coaches high-performing professionals to advance their leadership, communication, and client development skills. Michael is recognized among the “Top 100 Most Influential African Americans Leaders in Business” by The National Diversity Council, and regularly advises clients on how to navigate through sensitive DEI-related issues and opportunities. Michael holds a master’s degree in interpersonal and intercultural communication and bachelor’s degrees in both African American Studies and English from the University at Albany, along with a certification in Fostering Inclusion & Diversity from the Yale School of Management.
Angelica works closely with clients, particularly C-suite professionals, on the strategic vision for their company or brand. She advises on business strategy, client development, marketing, and DEI matters. She cultivates relationships and counsels key stakeholders on profile-raising and client development efforts to improve revenue generation. Angelica also holds a dual role at the company by serving as its Chief Operating Officer and is recognized as one of GO Magazine’s top 100 LGBTQ+ women leaders and as Business Equality Pride Magazine’s “Top 40 under 40" LGBTQ+ leaders. Angelica received a B.A., magna cum laude, from Bucknell University and an M.B.A. from Baruch College. She also holds a certification in Fostering Inclusion & Diversity from the Yale School of Management.
