Recognized among Lawdragon’s “100 Leading Legal Consultants and Strategists" and as one of GO Magazine’s top 100 LGBTQ+ women leaders, Angelica advises clients on marketing, business development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) matters in the legal, corporate, and nonprofit sectors.

Angelica’s experience spans the professional services and product marketing sectors and includes advising global professional services firms and entrepreneurial start-up businesses.
Angelica works closely with clients, particularly C-suite professionals, on the strategic vision for their company or brand. She advises on business strategy, client development, marketing, and diversity-related matters. She cultivates relationships and coaches key stakeholders on profile-raising and client development efforts to improve revenue generation. Angelica also holds a dual role at the company by serving as its Chief Operating Officer.
Prior to joining Coston Consulting, Angelica served as the Chief Marketing Officer for an award-winning plaintiffs’ litigation firm that prosecutes fraud on Wall Street and took on some of the greatest offenders of the financial crisis. Angelica previously led marketing and client development efforts for litigation and corporate teams at three Am Law 100 firms.

Angelica advises clients on how to authentically incorporate DEI strategies into their organizations’ culture. Her advisory services include conducting DEI assessments, developing programmatic objectives that align with the organization’s goals, and building leadership consensus to foster an inclusive and equitable professional environment, among other areas.

She received a B.A., magna cum laude, from Bucknell University and an M.B.A. from Baruch College. She also holds a certification in Fostering Inclusion & Diversity from the Yale School of Management. Business Equality Pride Magazine named her a “Top 40 under 40" LGBTQ+ leader. She earned a Platinum Hermes Creative Award in Media Strategy. Angelica is also a professional member of The National LGBT Chamber of Commerce of New York, The National LGBT Bar Association, and the Legal Marketing Association.
